Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Enjoy free on all orders, anywhere in the world, till 14th Novemeber. 

FLOW aims to deliver within Malaysia within 7 business/working days, Singapore with 10 business/working days and internationally within 12 business/working days. Although we endeavour to delivery your purchase within the shipping time, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within this time frame.
DELIVERY 

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours from the time of purchase. However, if you have purchased more than one item, you may receive your items at different times.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re- delivery or collection from the carrier.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email that your items have been shipped out. Please keep the receipt of the delivered products as safekeeping.

In the rare circumstances that your item has a defect or is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@flowclothing.com

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Your rights to an exchange or refund, only apply to product(s) that are returned in the same condition as you received them. You should also include all of the products tags, documents and wrappings. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it will not be eligible for a refund. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. You should return the product(s) within 14 working days from the date they are received.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded. If a refund is issued it will be credited to the Credit Card or PayPal account that was used to make the purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they are the wrong size or colour, or if we shipped you a defected or incorrect item. If you want to file for an exchange or return, send us an email at customerservice@flowclothing.com and send your items to Anaika Collections Sdn Bhd, Wisma GBA, No. 6, 2nd Floor, Jalan SS13/4, Section 13, Subang Jaya Industrial Estate, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

If we shipped you the wrong item, please follow the instructions on the Return Slip, which came with your original invoice, and fill in the details requested along with the return courier slip, that was included with your package. You may call our friendly Logistic Partners, GDEX or DHL (depending on who delivered your order), to arrange for a pick- up. Please use the Tracking Number provided on courier slip. We advise that you always keep the courier slip with you as proof of purchase.

If you ordered the wrong size or colour and would like to exchange it for the same product in a different size or colour, you will have to bear the shipping costs for returning the item(s) and shipping costs are non- refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you may vary.

We only accept one exchange per customer per order. If we cannot fulfil your exchange request due to unavailability of stock, colour, style or size, you will be refunded for the product once we receive the returned product. 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

You may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer. The charges are being fixed by the particular country authority and therefore we have no control over these charges.

It is advisable for you to contact your local customs office to check on the charges when ordering from FLOW.
